From basic types, basic casters, armrest types, armrest casters to U-shaped feet, all are derived from two precision processes:
🔹 Stamping process: creating a solid frame - STEEL PRESS PROCESS
This technology is like using a cookie cutter to accurately press, cut, and punch holes in metal sheets to produce every basic component of the chair legs. This technology ensures that every component is exactly the same, which is the key to the chair's stability and durability. The factory has 7 stamping machines, covering 25 tons, 60 tons, 110 tons and 200 tons.
🔹 Pipe Bending Process: Creating Elegant Curves - Pipe Bending Process
To achieve the smooth lines the designer desired, we used professional CNC and NC pipe bending machines to gently bend the hard metal pipes at room temperature, maintaining the pipe structure and smooth curves. This technology allows the chair legs to show unique design tension from the arc to the turn. Not only can we bend common round pipes, but even special-shaped steel pipes can be perfectly processed.
