We first use a large fabric cutting machine to cut large bolts of fabric into calculated quantities and lengths, and then use different styles of custom-made cutting dies to cut them into specific shapes. This is not only to achieve a precise fit, but also because it reflects our respect for the material—by maximizing fabric utilization, we ensure that not an inch of resource is wasted.
Next, these precisely cut pieces are handed over to the sewing masters.
Amidst the rhythmic hum of the sewing machine, the craftsman, drawing upon years of experience, assembles the chair cover. Every turn and connection of the stitch directly outlines the chair's sturdy appearance and durability.
Hidden beneath the fabric is the key to determining seating comfort: adhesive foam.
The skilled worker must apply the adhesive meticulously and evenly, and precisely align the thickness and position of the foam to ensure that every stress point receives just the right amount of support and protection when you sit down.
Finally, there's the process that gives the chair its soul—"chair upholstery".
The craftsman uses a professional nailing process to cover the fabric onto the seat frame. At this moment, the feel of the hand surpasses all machines. The craftsman must be keenly aware of the fabric's tension: too loose, and the fabric will have unsightly wrinkles; too tight, and the chair surface will be too stiff.
